We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf — website hosting, dealership management software, email and text message delivery, and analytics. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
• Lenders and financial institutions, where you have asked us to submit a credit or financing application.
• Manufacturers and distributors, for warranty registration, recall notices and rebate processing.
• Legal and safety recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.

As stated in Section 4, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
