Darkhorse Powersports operates a text messaging program that sends customer care and informational messages, including responses to inquiries, inventory and availability updates, service and repair status, appointment reminders, parts arrival notices, financing follow-ups, and — where separately consented to — promotional offers.

We work to keep inventory, pricing and specifications accurate, but errors occur and units sell quickly. All listings are subject to prior sale. Prices shown exclude tax, tag, title, registration, freight, setup, destination and dealer documentation fees unless expressly stated. Manufacturer images, colors and specifications may differ from the actual unit. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell; a sale is formed only by a signed purchase agreement. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time.
Any monthly payment shown on this site is an estimate for illustration only. Estimates assume a representative down payment, term and annual percentage rate, and do not include tax, title, fees or insurance. They are not an offer or commitment to lend. Actual terms depend on lender approval, your credit history and the unit purchased. All financing is subject to credit approval by a third-party lender.
Service estimates are approximations and may change once work begins; we will contact you for authorization before exceeding an approved estimate. Vehicles left more than 30 days after service completion may be subject to storage charges as permitted by North Carolina law. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Darkhorse Powersports, and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Used units are sold as-is unless a written warranty is provided.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by Darkhorse Powersports or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Manufacturer names, logos and model names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
Our site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturers and lenders. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those sites.
